Because our products are food items, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, unless:
- The item received is damaged
- The wrong product was delivered
- The item is defective upon arrival

- You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
- The item must remain unopened and unused
- Clear photos of the product and packaging must be provided
